I took on the responsibility of envisioning the brand, sourcing materials, directing production, and leading a team of passionate individuals dedicated to bringing the ONCA vision to life. This multifaceted approach allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in building and scaling a successful brand.
